A few years ago, I created a little application called iTunes Startup, and made it available as a free download on my website. I has been very popular over the years. Recently, a user emailed me and asked if it could be used for internet radio. I loved the idea, so I adapted iTunes Startup specifically for internet radio, and renamed it Radio Startup.

Radio Startup is a simple Automator application intended to start your day off right. I like to listen to internet radio at work, and I want it to be playing when I get there in the morning, and I want it to play at a nice low-medium volume level, so I don’t scare anyone in the office. Radio Startup will set your computer volume and iTunes volume at a reasonable level, then begin playing an internet radio station or podcast, when your computer starts.
