About ActionGear
A lightweight task management application. It takes up no space on your desktop or dock. Instead, ActionGear stays hidden until you access it using a hotkey (Option-Space by default) or using a menu in your status bar.

When you access ActionGear, it pops up in front of all your work. You’ll instantly be able to review all to-dos or add new ones.

Besides to-dos, you can add reference notes or attachments. Attachments can be exported to your file system or QuickLook’d straight from ActionGear. All of these items can be organized into separate groups.

Using the ‘Capture Screen’ utility, you can grab a portion of your screen and save it as an attachment. There’s a ‘Capture with iSight’ feature which lets you do the same with your iSight.

ActionGear has a ‘smart group’ feature which lets you organize your tasks exactly how you like it. You can make groups for stale items that you haven’t completed in the last month, items that are flagged, or even items that are scheduled for the upcoming week.

There’s also support for Growl integration. Growl can be used for quick task reminders that show up right on your desktop.
