Adding Spotlight comments is an excellent way to begin the organization of your files. If, for example, you organize fonts by job number you can quickly find the fonts used with that particular job simply by entering the number you seek into Spotlight. If you break down your fonts by style, you can use FontCommenter to add that style information to the font file’s Spotlight comments and be able to find the right font you need easily.
