Students with certified technical skills are in high demand all over the country, and in fact, around the world.
Build an Apple Authorized Training Center with Carl Perkins funds
Apple’s Authorized Training Center for Education program allows schools to provide professional certification to students on campus, before they graduate. This means students can qualify for career-building internships and part-time jobs while they are still in school. And they will be well prepared when they enter the workforce full time. Being an Apple Authorized Training Center for Education requires the school have a lab with Apple professional software in place on which students learn and practice. Federal Carl Perkins funds designated for career tech may be used to pay for this equipment. Learn more
