The iTunes Operations team is looking for the right individual to join the iTunes Retail Gift card program. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a well rounded team player with a proven track record of success.

Job Description

• Manage a complex global supply chain which has a critical impact on the iTunes Retail organization
• Work with worldwide team members, retailers and internal and external partners to capture all job requirements
• Manage all aspects of each individual iTunes gift card print run with our printers, including job creation, manufacturing and fulfillment 
• Determine printer sourcing for each iTunes gift card print job
• Run weekly status calls with printers and outside vendors and key team members
• Maintain key metrics and reports for the organization
• Analyze current business processes, recommend improvements and drive implementation

Requirements

• 3-5 years prior experience in supply chain/ inventory management or manufacturing operations
• Fluent in English and Japanese 
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience working in a global role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop relationships and exert tactful influence within cross-functional teams and organizations.
• Must be a strong team player and communicator. 
• Additional requirements include the ability to both think strategically and execute tactically and a persistent attention to detail.
• Print industry or gift card industry experience would be extremely valuable.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
